Intro:
There are numerous traits describing the character
of men of faith. May we ask how our personalities
measure as compared to theirs? I wonder what the
record will say of me, or of you!
Powerful Faith
1.
Great faith in Israel. (Matt. 8:10)
2.
Perfect faith in Canaan (James 2:22; Rom. 4:20-21)
3.
Pleasing
faith in saints. (Heb. 11:6) When faith is absent
nothing meets with the approval of God. (Rom. 8:8)
faith vs. flesh
Confess = agree vocally (Rom. 10:13; Matt. 10:32-33)
Profess = agree locally (I Pet. 2:21; Acts 2:25)
I. Enoch: Walked (Gen. 5:21-24) (WALK)
