The major problems facing us in our society,
physically is the heart. When one develops heart
trouble he will do whatever necessary to improve the
heart even to a transplant. We need to give proper
care and heed to our heart, spiritually. (Pr. 4:23)
1. Christians have Christ there. (Gal. 4:6; Phil.
4:7; Ro. 10:10; Eph. 3:17; Heb. 10:22)
2. Christians can have coldness there. (Heb.
3:12-13; Pr. 23:7; Lam. 5:17)
I. Lay
Your Family to Heart. (Mk. 10:1-9)
A. Accept this to be God’s will. (Eccl. 9:9)
1. Marriage is for life: permanent
2. Marriage is for real: personal responsibility
a. Hardness of heart. (Mk.
10:5; Pr. 28:14; Heb. 3:13; Pr. 14:14; Heb. 4:7)
b. Harness your heart. (Pr.

B. Accord your life to God’s will. (Mal. 2:14-15)

II. Lay Your Church to

B. Get it in your heart who

1. Body united: Members part of body. (I Cor.

Christ: organization
2. Bride united: Members part of the head. (Col.

a. The two are one:
cooperation of body with head. (Eccl. 5:1-2)
III. Lay Your
Convictions to Heart. (Eph. 6:6; Heb. 4:12; 13:9)

Good conviction about self.

Direction of life: proper paths.

Destiny for your life: Reason for existence.

Good conviction about scripture. (Heb. 4:12)

That it is for your good.
That it will make you good.
